We begin with 3 luxurious nights in the lush hills of Bali, where jungle mist greets you each morning and spacious rooms open onto rice terraces and tropical gardens. Our adventure begins with two nights at The Malcolm Hotel, a stylish and iconic retreat nestled in stunning Canmore, just minutes from Banff.
Think chic, contemporary design, spacious rooms, and drop-dead-gorgeous mountain views from the heated rooftop pools. Each evening invites you to unwind with a glass of wine under the stars while the Rockies glow pink in the distance.
From our base in Canmore, we’ll explore the legendary turquoise waters of Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, tackling the Plain of Six Glaciers Hike—an epic full-day alpine adventure that rewards every step with views of hanging glaciers, wildflower meadows, and a cozy mountain teahouse at the end.
Then we trade sleek modern luxury for old-world charm as we head into Yoho National Park, checking into a quaint, historic lakeside lodge on a private island perched right on the edge of Emerald Lake’s impossibly turquoise waters. After dropping our bags, we’ll take our packed lunches and head out for the Paradise Valley trail, a stunning 7.5-mile round-trip hike through alpine forest and hidden meadows.
Prefer to slow things down? Enjoy a leisurely stroll around Emerald Lake at your own pace—and maybe even a refreshing dip if the weather’s kind.
That evening, we’ll gather for a lovely dinner in the lodge’s renowned dining room, savoring regional Canadian cuisine with panoramic lake views.
The next morning, after breakfast, we’ll venture to Takakkaw Falls, the highest waterfall in Canada. You can hike in for a more immersive experience or drive to the trailhead for a relaxed 30-minute paved stroll to the viewing platform—both options deliver pure mountain majesty.
We’ll celebrate our final night with an elegant dinner at one of the premier restaurants in Alberta, a fitting finale to a trip that balances wilderness, wonder, and a touch of indulgence.

This trip is suitable for all riding levels—from first-timers to experienced riders comfortable cantering alongside zebra. While no riding experience is required, a general comfort around horses is recommended to ensure you enjoy the experience to the fullest.
The safari is designed to allow for unscheduled downtime between our Switzerland Inn to Inn Hike and South Africa—your chance to explore a European city like Paris before your direct overnight flight to Johannesburg (not included, but we’ll coordinate and travel as a group).

Recommended Flight: AF 990. Air France Direct from Paris to Johannesburg overnight. Economy is about $900. Premium Economy about $1300. There are cheaper options with a stopover in Kenya. Direct daytime flights from Amsterdam are also available.
